Management Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail, to facilitate communication
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment to support operational needs
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and memos to support internal and external communications
• Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
• Archive documents properly and track contracts, licenses, and other important records for compliance
• Process invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims to support financial administration
• Monitor department expenses and budgets to maintain financial control
• Assist with procurement activities and vendor payments to ensure timely transactions
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries to provide effective customer support
• Coordinate communications between departments to promote collaboration
• Handle basic customer service matters to resolve routine issues
