Personal Assistant

Salary: SGD 4,000–5,000/month
Higher salary can be considered for outstanding candidates.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support both family and business matters.

• Pick up ，drop off and organise child for school and activities
• Handle family errands, purchases, appointments, household coordination and daily management
• Manage the employer’s schedule, meetings, bookings and travel arrangements
• Assist with company administration, documents, coordination and follow-ups
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must have University degree
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin（Writing）
• Responsible, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Singapore or Driving licence is a must
