Reporting to: Finance Manager / Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years of accounting experience. The ideal candidate can work independently, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, and support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in SAP B1, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and timely.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally with SAP B1.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and organized.
• English communication skills.
