Job Overview:

As an AI Engineering Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and integrating advanced AI models into Alphatok's production systems, including our flagship CRM and ERP software. You will work closely with our engineering team, contributing to Alphatok’s vision of providing AI-powered solutions to businesses in diverse sectors. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role offers you the chance to develop scalable AI solutions while working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to develop AI solutions for Alphatok's B2B software products.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate data integration.
• Implement and optimize AI models in real-time production environments.
• Leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and other advanced AI techniques to improve user interaction and software functionalities.
• Experiment with AI methods such as natural language processing (NLP), knowledge graphs, and neural networks to enhance Alphatok’s software capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data scientists, and product developers, to meet client requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning trends to ensure Alphatok’s products remain industry-leading.
• Participate in the agile software development process, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, processes, and methodologies.
• Integrate AI-based automation and intelligent features into Alphatok's CRM and ERP systems to improve user efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on AI model development and integration.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in building scalable AI systems using modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiar with machine learning concepts, including optimization algorithms, evaluation metrics, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of DevOps and experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and testing methodologies.
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs and data pipeline integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and other prompt engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of multi-user collaborative design systems and AI-driven project management.
• Experience with Docker for building, deploying, and managing containers in production environments.
• Familiarity with frontend and backend development (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, C#, or Java).
• Experience working with B2B software systems like ERP and CRM in a cloud-based architecture.
