Job Summary
You will support local, office, and corporate moves by managing communications, preparing documents, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and clearly to telephone and email enquiries to support client communication
- Coordinate and arrange surveys to assess moving requirements accurately
- Prepare detailed quotations and tender documents to facilitate sales processes
- Maintain professional correspondence with clients and assist the sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and deliver move presentations to clients or internal teams
- Manage move projects by coordinating tasks and timelines to meet client expectations
- Organize and prepare folders containing all necessary documents for each move
- Handle MCST / PTW documentation when applicable to comply with regulations
- Update internal systems and liaise with Sales Personnel, Operations Staff, and Warehouse Staff to resolve move-related matters efficiently
- Close files by verifying all documents are complete and payments are received to finalize moves
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to local, office, and corporate moves as required
- Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 and FIDI standards to maintain quality and industry best practices
Required competencies and certifications
- GCE "O" Level or higher, or Nitec certification
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience demonstrating accuracy and independence
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
