REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Business Administration,Logistic, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills, strong organizational, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about logistic processes.
• Proactive and resourceful with strong sense of responsibility.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in logistic schedules.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for all outgoing deliveries.
• Issue Invoices to customers according to completed jobs and company billing cycle.
• Ensure details in DO and Invoice (rates, locations, quantities, job number) are accurate before submission.
• Track Pending DO, Pending Invoice, and follow-up on missing POD for billing.
• File DO, Invoice, and supporting documents systematically (softcopy & hardcopy).
• Receive and track all workshop invoices, including repair, maintenance, tyre and service bills and save invoices into the correct softcopy folders with proper naming format.
• Follow up with workshops for missing or unclear invoices.
• Assist in updating delivery status, driver information, loading/unloading times.
• Communicate with customers and drivers for basic updates when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks
