Requirements:
• Malaysian Citizen.
• Pursuing a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience
• Willing to travel
• Possess a valid Driver's License added advantage
• Can immediately report to work
• Can work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skill & a team player
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Semi-skilled who knows how to use a computer for daily operation
• Experience on hardware assembly eg PC, kiosk, building access system, control gate, etc…added advantage
• Know how to install computer hardware peripherals
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support nationwide across the country in Malaysia
• Test and fix faulty equipment, install, and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, and solve technical problems
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality
• Setting up device for laptops or desktop PC
• Preparing system and technical relevant reports documentation
• Get involved in real-world project
• Being involved in the technical development of products
• Perform any ad-hoc reasonable assignments request by the managements
