AWS + Performance Bonus
Location: Boon Lay
Mon to Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Job scope :
- Operate Machine
- Run wafer testing, die testing and wafer sorting
- Maintain machine and simple troubleshooting
- Must be able to work in Cleanroom - Full PPE
