REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

•  Proficiency in SketchUp.
•  Experience creating 3D models with accurate dimensions and scale.
•  Basic knowledge of rendering software such as D5 Render, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or equivalent.
•  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
•  Good understanding of space planning and visual presentation.
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•  Ability to interpret technical information and measurements.
•  Good time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects.
•  Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
•  Preferred Qualifications
•  Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
•  Experience in event, exhibition, retail, or experiential design.
•  Knowledge of SketchUp Layout.
•  Experience producing technical drawings and dimensioned elevations.
•  Basic animation or fly-through creation.
•  Familiarity with event staging, LED walls, truss systems, and exhibition structures.

We are looking for a Junior Event Visualizer / 3D Event Designer who can transform concepts, floor plans, and measurements into accurate 3D visualizations and technical drawings that help clients and production teams bring events to life.

Whether it’s a conference stage, gala dinner setup, exhibition booth, product launch, or custom event installation, your work will help clients see the vision before it is built.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create accurate 3D models of event spaces, stages, exhibition booths, entrances, photowalls, scenic structures, and custom event elements.
•  Produce high-quality rendered visuals for client proposals and presentations.
•  Convert sketches, floor plans, venue layouts, and design briefs into detailed 3D visualizations.
•  Prepare technical drawings, elevations, and dimensioned layouts for production and fabrication purposes.
•  Ensure all designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with event production requirements.
•  Work closely with Creative Directors, Event Managers, and Production teams throughout the design process.
•  Update and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
•  Organize and maintain project files, templates, and 3D asset libraries.
•  Assist with simple fly-through animations and walkthrough presentations when required.
