Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in multimedia design or related creative roles (internship experience accepted).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Familiar with social media formats, digital marketing content, and online publishing standards.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to visual detail, layout, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills — able to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and marketers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new design techniques and tools.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing multimedia or motion design work is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, and video edits to enhance visual communication.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- Assist in photo and video shoots, including editing and post-production work.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in multimedia design, animation, and visual storytelling.
- Manage and organize digital files, templates, and multimedia assets.
- Support the team in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
