Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker with 3–5 years of experience in French artisanal baking to join our team. You will work directly under the Chef/Owner to produce high-quality breads, viennoiserie, and pastries with consistency and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake French breads, pastries, and viennoiserie to bakery standards.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Manage ingredient preparation and inventory as needed.
Assist in developing seasonal or specialty items.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in French artisanal baking.
Strong knowledge of traditional French techniques and recipes.
Ability to work full-time, including early mornings.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
