About the Roles

Join our team as a Site Coordinator / Assistant Engineer based in Pasir Panjang, working a Monday to Friday schedule, 9.00am to 6.00pm. This is a permanent role offering a competitive basic salary up to $3,800, plus a $30 mobile allowance and performance-based bonuses, giving you both financial reward and work-life balance in a dynamic construction environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organize and coordinate daily site activities, including work schedules and material deliveries.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Track site progress and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Participate in site meetings and follow up on assigned actions.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, including daily site reports, permits, inspection logs, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure project documents are properly filed and controlled.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Support workplace safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and report any site issues.
• Coordinate manpower, track attendance, and oversee material usage.
• Carry out additional project-related tasks as directed by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Nitec, Diploma, or Degree holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in construction, M&E, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Experience in a technician or site coordination role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is considered an asset.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
