The Executive, Fleet Quality is a critical role focused on ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition through meticulous damage assessment and effective partner workshop management.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Accident & Damage Claims Processing for the day-to-day of assigned accident and damage cases, including liability assessment, quotation generation, updating of case trackers and handover for billing.
  • Support Workshop Management in oversight of vehicle repair progress and throughput across external and fleet partner workshops. Identify and flag anomalies or outliers in workshop delivery schedules or repair quality to maintain fleet availability.
  • Workshop Repair Coordination in reviewing, negotiating and approving the quotation to facilitate timely repairs. Provide support in sourcing parts from alternative suppliers in the event of shortages or when more cost-effective options are available. Ensure the Rates Card is kept up to date for accurate usage tracking and billing purposes.
  • Manage accident and claims matters by coordinating with insurers and fleet partners for cases of late/non-reporting or breach of policy conditions to facilitate accident reporting.
  • Perform Damage Detection through an AI-driven system, including the review of damage images, verification of billable damage, and preparation of quotations for newly identified damages to support investigation and billing purposes.
  • Provide Support for Mutual Settlement Processes by liaising with FLASH and updating case progress. Facilitate mutual settlements where possible, and assist with user correspondence, document execution, and notifications to insurers and fleet partners to ensure successful settlement outcomes.
  • Invoice Record and Filing , to update, reconcile and file all invoices received from fleet partners and external workshops against the relevant case sheets, trackers and upload into the filing system.

What Makes You A Great Fit
  • Intermediate vocational knowledge of motor insurance or automotive workshop environments (typically 2+ years of experience).
  • Technical proficiency in assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair cost estimations.
  • Clear and professional communication skills to influence and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies in technical reports or insurance claims.
  • Adept at using MS Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
