We are looking for a friendly, energetic and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our growing team. You will be the voice and face of our brand - helping customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of. If you love solving problems and talking to people, THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU !
What you’ll be doin
- Handle customer enquiries - Respond to questions, complaints, and feedback via chat, email, or phone in a timely and friendly manner.
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed - Troubleshoot problems and work with internal teams to get customers the right help fast.
- Record and track interactions - Log customer cases accurately in our CRM system and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build customer relationships - Go the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated and keep them coming back.
- Share feedback and insights - Spot recurring issues and pass insights to the team to improve our products and processes.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Good communicator - Clear, friendly, and professional in speech and writing.
- Patient and empathetic - Stays calm and kind, even with difficult customers.
- Fast learner - Picks up new tools and processes quickly.
- Team player - Works well with others and shares information openly.
- Tech comfortable - Comfortable with basic digital tools and apps.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
