Finance Director / CFO (Singapore)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director / CFO to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee overall financial management, accounting, and reporting functions

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and company liquidity

Review project costing, profitability, and financial performance

Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (SFRS/IFRS)

Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance

Manage banking relationships, financing, and credit facilities

Implement internal controls and risk management systems

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Lead and develop the finance team

Support business expansion, investments, and strategic decisions

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)

Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles

Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and reporting standards

Experience in construction / engineering / building materials industry is an advantage

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Experience in cash flow and project financial management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $6,887.87 - $19,155.73 per month
