Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking several Sales Engineers to strengthen our sales presence

in the international marketplace.

These roles will support global customers, expand our overseas network,

and promote our smart curtain and blinds solutions across key markets

such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and other regions.

Sales Engineer (Smart Curtain & Blinds Manufacturing)

Role Overview The Sales Engineer plays a critical role in driving

international business growth by combining technical product knowledge

with strong sales, customer engagement, and digital marketing capabilities.

This role is responsible for developing new markets, supporting overseas

clients, and promoting the company’s smart curtain and blinds solutions

across various online platforms. Candidates should be comfortable working

with technology, travelling internationally, and managing relationships with

distributors, installers, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe, Australia,

New Zealand, the USA, and other target regions.

  • Meet revenue targets through proactive sales strategies, distributor

engagement, and market expansion.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical

consultations with clients.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract terms in

coordination with management.

2. Technical Expertise & Product Support

  • Understand smart curtain and blinds systems—including motors,

automation, electrical requirements, and installation methods.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to overseas

customers, installers, and partners.

  • Communicate customer technical requirements to internal teams

(production, R&D, engineering).

  • Troubleshoot product and system issues, either remotely or during

overseas visits.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, interior

designers, project contractors, and automation integrators.

  • Maintain regular communication with overseas clients to ensure high

satisfaction and timely support.

  • Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and new

product development.

4. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Candidates with online platform experience are given priority.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook,

TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

  • Create and post technical content, product videos, project

showcases, and customer success stories.

  • Support digital lead generation campaigns and respond to incoming

online enquiries.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align product promotions and branding

globally.

5. Overseas Travel & On-Site Support

  • Travel frequently to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and other

regions for: Client meetings Product training Project support Trade

shows and exhibitions

  • Represent the company professionally in international events and

client engagements.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and competitor

insights.

  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and planning teams to

ensure timely order fulfilment.

  • Provide management with updates on sales progress, customer

requirements, and project timelines.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical,

Automation, or relevant field.

  • Experience in smart home, automation, blinds/curtain systems, or

related industries is an advantage.

  • Strong technical understanding and ability to explain engineering

concepts to non-technical clients.

  • Digital marketing and social media experience (LinkedIn, Facebook,

TikTok, Instagram).

  • Good communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently overseas (Europe, Australia, New

Zealand, USA, etc.).

  • Able to work independently, manage overseas schedules, and

handle multicultural clients.

  • This role reports directly to Director.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
