Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing, monitoring, and improving the company’s online presence across digital platforms, including the company website, online ordering platforms, delivery platforms, and social media channels. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving online sales, improving customer engagement, and ensuring all digital content and promotions are updated accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Online Platform Management
- Manage and update company website content, including menu, promotions, outlet information, announcements, and campaign materials.
- Ensure all information on the website is accurate, up to date, and aligned with the company’s branding.
- Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for website updates, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Monitor website performance, customer journey, and user experience to support better online engagement and conversion.
2. Online Delivery Platform Management
- Manage the company’s presence on online delivery platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, or other related platforms.
- Ensure menu items, pricing, product images, descriptions, outlet operating hours, and promotions are updated correctly.
- Monitor online platform performance, including sales, campaign results, customer ratings, and feedback.
- Coordinate with outlet teams, Operations, and platform representatives to resolve issues related to menu availability, pricing, promotion setup, or customer complaints.
3. Digital Campaign & Promotion Support
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for online sales, product launches, festive promotions, and outlet campaigns.
- Prepare campaign briefs, promotion mechanics, captions, basic visuals, and digital assets where required.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports on reach, engagement, sales performance, and customer response.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand direction.
4. Social Media & Content Coordination
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and engagement monitoring.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers for digital marketing materials.
- Ensure all content published online follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor customer comments, messages, reviews, and feedback across online channels and escalate important issues when necessary.
5. Data Monitoring & Reporting
- Track digital marketing performance, online sales, website traffic, platform ratings, campaign results, and customer engagement.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports for Management review.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve digital platform performance.
- Provide recommendations to increase online visibility, customer conversion, and repeat purchases.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, L&D, Customer Service, and outlet teams to ensure digital information is accurate and operationally aligned.
- Coordinate with online delivery platform account managers for campaign participation, menu updates, and platform-related matters.
- Support internal communication to outlets regarding online promotions, campaign mechanics, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, online platform management, e-commerce, or F&B marketing.
- Experience handling online delivery platforms such as GrabFood, Foodpanda, or ShopeeFood is an advantage.
- Familiar with website content management, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and basic reporting tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple platforms at the same time.
- Basic design or copywriting skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
