Job Summary
The Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, coordinating operational processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations to achieve company goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Operations Duties
- Coordinate daily operational activities and project schedules.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or a related role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license.
