Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Preparation: Assembling products on a production line, which may involve using hand tools, power tools, or operating machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and removing any faulty items.
• Machine Operation: Operating production machinery, such as conveyor belts, packaging machines, or other equipment, following safety protocols.
• Material Handling: Moving raw materials, finished products, and equipment using lifting equipment, forklifts, or other tools.
• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Keeping the production area clean, organized, and safe by removing debris, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety procedures.
• Following Instructions: Adhering to production guidelines, safety procedures, and work instructions provided by supervisors.
• Reporting Issues: Identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors.
• Meeting Production Goals: Working efficiently to meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Packing and Labeling: Packaging finished products, attaching labels, and preparing them for shipment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
