Job Description

We are looking for a Technician (CCTV & Automation Wiring) to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for CCTV installation, general wiring works, and automation system panel wiring, including wire crimping and cable termination, at customer and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & analog)
• Perform cable pulling, trunking, wire crimping, and termination (RJ45, BNC, power connectors, etc.)
• Carry out general wiring works for automation and electrical systems
• Perform control panel wiring based on wiring diagrams and instructions
• Install and connect sensors, actuators, relays, power supplies, and controllers
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in panel inspection, testing, and rectification works
• Prepare basic installation and service reports
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintain neat, organized, and properly labeled wiring
• Perform outdoor work under various weather conditions as required by project needs
• Work at heights, including using ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms, in a safe manner
• Perform any other site-related tasks assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or related field
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in CCTV installation and wiring
• Experience in wire crimping and cable termination
• Basic understanding of automation systems or control panels is an advantage
• Ability to read and follow basic wiring diagrams
• Able to use crimping tools, testers, and standard hand tools
• Physically fit and able to perform site work, including working outdoors and at heights
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel and work at project sites
• Valid driving license is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
