Job Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, website forms, and other marketing channels.

· Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

· Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales opportunities.

· Work closely with the Sales Coordinator and Production teams to ensure smooth job confirmation and project execution.

· Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

· Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update lead statuses in the CRM or internal system.

· Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

· Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

· Support the team in driving business growth through proactive customer engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude with strong customer service mindset.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Comfortable following up with customers and closing sales opportunities.

· Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

· Fresh graduates with a passion for learning and personal growth are encouraged to apply.

· Experience in customer service, telesales, sales support, digital marketing leads handling, or related fields is an added advantage.

· Knowledge of large format printing, event management, branding, or advertising industry is preferred (NOT COMPULSORY).
