- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.

- Responsible to reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

- Able to scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

- Liasing with site managers, clients contractors and subcontractors.

- Do documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and critical skills.

- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize

- A valid driver's license. (Travelling from the office to various sites as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
• Construction management: 3 years (Preferred)
