We are seeking a highly innovative, hands-on, and solution-driven Business Automation & AI Executive (Vibe Coder) to support the Company's digital transformation and business automation initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency across departments. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and manage workflows using AI-powered tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and business applications.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools to support management decision-making.
- Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes across departments including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and Showroom Operations.
- Create and maintain databases, forms, trackers, and workflow systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Develop and support integrations between various business systems, applications, and databases through APIs and automation tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and administration of the Company's digital workplace platforms, including Notion and Google Workspace.
- Generate business insights through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and governance standards for all developed systems and automations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while continuously improving existing workflows and automation processes.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and productivity tools to drive continuous innovation within the organisation.
- Conduct user training and provide technical support to employees on newly implemented systems and tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business automation, software development, systems implementation, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, process improvement, and business operations.

Pay: RM5,100.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
