Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and guests professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and courier items.
  • Maintain visitor records and reception area cleanliness.
  • Perform data entry and filing of documents.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and other office documents.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and document archiving.
  • Monitor office stationery and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Perform other clerical duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
