Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about accuracy? Join our audit team as an Inventory Auditor, ensuring stock integrity across our retail chain.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute cycle counts and full physical stocktakes across branches including Low Yat, IOI, Leisure Mall, and Vivacity.
• Reconciliation of physical stock against our Wavelet system.
• Investigating any discrepancies and verifying serialized items such as laptops and GPUs by serial number.
• Conduct spot checks on GRN, sales, transfers, and RMA documents to identify shrinkage, mis-picks, or ghost stock.
• Audit stock adjustments and write-offs for proper approval.
• Verify inter-branch transfers to ensure out-in matching.
• Prepare variance reports with root-cause analysis per branch.
• Track stock accuracy KPIs and recommend SOP improvements to reduce recurring issues.
• Ensure all stock-take procedures and ESD handling guidelines are followed.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for finance and external auditors.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory or stock audit.
• Detail-oriented.
• Familiar with serialized asset tracking.
• Proficient in ERP systems like Wavelet or similar.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
