Nanyang FSA is an established forwarding & logistics company with more than 64 years in the business based in Port Klang. We provide customs clearance, international freight forwarding, warehousing & transportation services via air, sea and land. We now have vacancies and are on the lookout for young, new talents to join our team.

2. Job responsibilities:

• Liaise with our internal departments & suppliers to ensure documents/jobs files are received within datelines for billing.
• Data entry into the accounting system to generate accurate invoices to customers based on the quotation pricing & services rendered.
• Maintain proper management & filing of the invoices & their supporting documents.
• Support & assist the other functions of the Finance department when required.

3. Minimum qualifications & requirements:

• At least a pass at SPM level or the highest qualification until Diploma (in any field)
• Ladies aged 26 years old & below are encouraged to apply
• Locals residing in Port Klang /Klang area will have added advantage
• No experience required as training will be provided.
