Position : Project Designer (Sales Interior Designer)

Salary : Up to RM 4,000 – RM 8,000 (With allowances and commission)

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Tuesday – Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and sales-oriented Project Designer (Sales Interior Designer) to develop customized interior design solutions while actively supporting sales activities. The role combines design creativity with client engagement to deliver functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand design requirements, lifestyle needs, space planning, and budget
• Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Present design proposals, materials, finishes, and solutions to clients
• Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries to achieve sales conversion
• Handle showroom or experience centre walk-in customers and daily inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and installers for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in SketchUp, KD Max, or similar design software
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Sales-driven mindset with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
