Position : Business Development (Software Solutions)

Salary Range : RM 5,000 – RM 7,000

Working Location : 8trium, Bandar Sri Damansara

Working Hours : 10am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Software Solutions) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting tailored IT software solutions. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering solutions that support customer success and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, social media, referrals, and market research
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable software solutions
• Conduct product presentations, software demonstrations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP responses, and negotiate contract terms with clients
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and business networking activities to expand market presence
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports to management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or software solutions
• Proven track record in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of software solutions or IT services is an advantage
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
