Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations & Reception:
  • Manage front-desk reception, handling incoming calls, faxes, and greeting clients with a professional demeanor.
  • Oversee office & pantry maintenance, including supervising outsourced cleaners and security personnel.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring facilities are tidy and set up for scheduled meetings.
  • Administration & Secretarial Support:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including documentation, filing, and official record keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (hotel & flight) for employees.
  • Manage F&B arrangements for meetings and training sessions.
  • Procurement & IT Coordination:
  • Support the Procurement Department by sourcing quotations and performing price comparisons.
  • Serve as the IT Coordinator, acting as the first point of contact for basic IT troubleshooting.
  • General: Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.

Immediate vacancy — preferred start end of June

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
