Position : Sales Specialist
Salary : RM 3,500 - RM 5,000
Location : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong
Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri
Job Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. This role combines sales execution, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on quotations, proposals, and sales strategies.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and follow up on approvals and payments.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management on sales performance.
- Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve service delivery and offerings.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, preferably with a proven track record.
- Experience in System Integration (SI) or POS solutions is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Own transport and willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- POS: 1 year (Preferred)
