Clinic Assistant (Urgent Hiring)

We are a busy and growing primary care clinic committed to providing quality healthcare services. We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Clinic Assistant to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration and appointment management
• Handle panel and insurance claims submissions
• Dispense medications under doctor's supervision
• Assist doctors during procedures and treatments
• Manage clinic inventory and stock levels
• Answer phone calls and patient enquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and smooth daily clinic operations

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a clinic is highly preferred
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Friendly, cheerful and professional attitude
• Presentable appearance and good interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of medications and clinic procedures is an advantage
• Familiar with clinic management systems and panel claims is preferred
