JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive Admin Assistant who enjoys keeping things organized and making the office tick like clockwork. If you’re responsible, positive, and serious about building a long-term career, you’ll play a key role in supporting our daily operations and keeping everything running smoothly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Facilities Management & Maintenance:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Assisting with the coordination of office operations – ie. managing office supplies, equipment and motor vehicles.
  • Oversee company property upkeep and maintenance.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.

Communication, Coordination & Liaison:

  • Laise with vendors and suppliers on administrative matters and office supplies.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., licensing, regulatory, or statutory matters).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.

Document Management:

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Project Coordination:

  • Help coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by HOD or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience. However fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Positive attitude, reliable, eager to learn and strong work ethics.
  • Possess own transportation.
