Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational needs of the Customer Service and Forwarding department.
- Attend to all customer enquiries professionally via email, phone calls, and other communication channels in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitor and achieve individual and departmental KPIs.
- Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines, agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipment operations.
- Provide accurate shipment updates, documentation support, and assist customers in problem-solving.
- Follow up on shipment status, delays, and operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and filing of shipping documents.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in freight forwarding/customer service is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per hour
