The role of a sales executive or sales representative is to sell as many of their company's goods or services as possible. As such, they have a very important part to play in their company's success.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct solicitation calls on assigned accounts of commercial companies, Associations, Meeting and Incentive Planners, etc to sell all hotel space and services.
• Participate actively in local civic functions, thus maintaining PRS in the public consciousness.
• Attend sales meetings regularly and attend any other necessary meetings in the hotel.
• Collection of overdue accounts.
• Assist Headquarter and regional sales personnel in their sales calls.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better result.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Making accurate cost calculations to provide customer with quotation.
• Reports to the Sales Manager and in his absence, reports to the person assigned by the Director of Sales & Sales Manager.
