What You Will Do

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct daily store visits (GT, mini markets, provision shops, pharmacies).
• Take orders, check stocks, and ensure good shelf visibility & merchandising.
• Ensure promotions, POSM, and display setups are executed effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
• Identify and open new stores to expand product distribution.
• Support and collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive in‑market sales.
• Monitor market activities, competitor insights, pricing, and report to your manager.

What We Need

• Experience in the FMCG field sales is required.
• Comfortable with daily store visits and physical activity.
• Good communication & basic negotiation skills.
• Independent, responsible, proactive, and target-driven.
• Must have a valid driving license and own transport.
• Familiarity with the Sarawak general trade landscape is a plus.
