About the Role

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Production Planner to support daily production planning, material coordination, and shipment scheduling activities. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, monitoring production status, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting delivery commitments to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning and scheduling activities.
• Monitor production output and ensure alignment with customer delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QA, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Track material availability and highlight shortages or risks impacting production.
• Update and maintain ERP/MES planning data, work orders, and production reports.
• Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) and support production prioritization.
• Follow up on shipment schedules and delivery commitments.
• Support capacity planning and manpower arrangement based on production demand.
• Prepare daily/weekly production status reports and KPI updates.
• Escalate production issues, delays, or planning risks in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to planning and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Position Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
