YTL DC SOUTH SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Shift Lead Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Oversee all operational activities and system performance during the shift to ensure uninterrupted data centre operations.

2) Conduct thorough shift handovers, communicating ongoing activities, system conditions, alarms, and pending maintenance.

3) Act as the first responder and decision-maker for any incidents, faults, or alarms during the shift.

4) Ensure all maintenance, testing, and operational activities are carried out under valid PTW, MOP, and risk assessments.

5) Lead and guide on-shift engineers to perform operational checks, system monitoring, and procedure execution with accuracy.

6) Continuously monitor all critical power, cooling, and environmental systems through digital and physical inspection.

7) Conduct shift safety briefings and encourage proactive reporting of unsafe conditions or near-miss events.

8) Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
