Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to align project requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Facilitate effective coordination among internal teams, consultants, and contractors, including organizing project meetings and documenting action items.
• Prepare and submit drawings/documents for client and consultant approval, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Track fabrication and delivery of equipment and materials, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation according to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of project management processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work according to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
