Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calander
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk (System Administrator) to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role involves resolving user issues, maintaining systems, and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure high service availability across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log, track, and update support tickets with accurate documentation and status updates
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant IT teams and ensure proper follow-up
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, device setup, and software installation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT-related processes
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standard procedures
- Provide end-user support and guidance on IT tools and systems
- Assist in maintaining IT asset records and inventory
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
