Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade, Damansara Perdana
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calendar
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Helpdesk to provide first-level technical support and assist in maintaining smooth IT operations across the organization. The role focuses on resolving user issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and operational.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to and manage support requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and business applications
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and system changes
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and health checks
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
- Support IT asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment
- Assist with IT projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and IT troubleshooting practices
- Understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with server administration, Linux, or macOS is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
