UI/UX Developer (6+ Years Experience)
Location: Offsite / Onsite (Project-based)
Experience: 6+ years
Level: C2 and above
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to join a large-scale enterprise digital transformation project within the energy industry.
The role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, supporting enterprise-grade applications and complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and functional UI designs
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Document technical design, changes, enhancements, and implementation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of UI/UX design and development experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, InDesign, After Effects
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of information architecture and UX principles
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience designing mobile apps or enterprise software interfaces
Good to Have
- Experience in the energy industry or similar large-scale enterprise environments
- Exposure to enterprise application development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Knowledge of website analytics tools
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
