Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)

Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances

Location : PJ Trade

Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calendar

Job Summary

The IT Helpdesk Executive provides first-level technical support to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations for internal users and clients. This role focuses on troubleshooting, system support, and delivering excellent user service. Fresh graduates with strong IT fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, remote tools, or onsite assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and IT peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Assist in basic network and server support under supervision.
• Log, track, and update all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and documented.
• Support IT projects, system rollouts, and maintenance activities when required.
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and IT troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP address) is required.
• Familiarity with MacOS or Linux is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
