Job Summary

Responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient workflow and upholding safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Set up machines and adjust settings for different product batches
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for quality assurance
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machinery
• Record production data including output, downtime, and quality metrics
• Assist with equipment changeovers and cleaning between production runs
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
