Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell water filtration systems, water dispensers, and ice-making machines to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets while providing excellent product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell water filters, water dispensers, ice makers, and related products and services.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in water treatment, home appliances, commercial equipment, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling water filtration systems, dispensers, ice machines, or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Established network of contacts in hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, education, or corporate sectors.
• Technical understanding of water treatment and dispensing systems.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
