Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES
The HR Executive is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. You will play a crucial role in identifying and selecting top talent to meet the Company's staffing needs, ensures the smooth transition of new hires and leavers and creating a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The HR Executive is also responsible for developing training and development programs, assisting in performance management and disciplinary/grievance issues, maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements and etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements and managing the hiring process.
· Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company's culture and job requirements.
· Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to identify and attract candidates
· Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed of their status and next steps.
· Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
· Manage the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Recruitment Master Listing.
· Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
· Facilitate the hiring process, including negotiating offers and preparing offer letters.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
· Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners.
· Create and maintain job descriptions for open positions.
· Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
· Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and facilitating introductions to team members.
· Manage the new hire onboarding process, including conducting new hire check-ins and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the HR information system.
· Manage the offboarding process for exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews.
· Develop training and development programs.
· Assist in Performance Management processes.
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
· Maintain employee records (attendance, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND DUTIES
Within the framework of these duties, you may be asked to carry out special tasks not mentioned in this Job Description and defined whenever applicable by the Department Head/Property Manager and/or Group CEO.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
