We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support our sales efforts, focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.

Responsibilities

  • Support company sales efforts, focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.
  • Achieve sales targets through excellent telephone sales and communication skills.
  • Create sales leads and initiate prospect calls.
  • Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling prospects generated by internal or external sources.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop the business through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and increase sales from within the existing client base.
  • Carry out any duties assigned by the company or management.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in Staff/Talent Augmentation services.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and able to operate effectively as a team player with excellent customer service and communication with all levels of people.
  • Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
