Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant to join our team in our store located in Sunway Gandaria, Bandar Baru Bangi. The Retail Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, setting up displays, maintaining inventory, and performing cash register duties. The Retail Assistant should be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Descriptions

• Drive sales by engaging customers, recommending suitable outdoor products, and achieving assigned sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, demonstrating products, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally as an ANBOT outdoor lifestyle ambassador.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and digital payments in accordance with company SOP.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and maintain proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Support omnichannel operations by preparing online orders and assisting with e-commerce and marketplace fulfilment.
• Participate in live streaming and digital engagement activities to promote products and support online sales.
• Adhere to operational discipline by maintaining punctual attendance, following work schedules, and upholding professional conduct.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store activities and complying with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional outdoor-related services or operational duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred - Outdoor retail or lifestyle product experience is an advantage
• Passion for outdoor activities (camping, hiking, adventure gear)
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consultative selling and customer engagement skills - Basic math and computer literacy
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Digital confidence (live selling / social engagement is an advantage)

Salary & Benefit Package:

• Basic Salary - RM1,800.00
• Commissions upon achieving sales target
• Staff discounts - Anbot & Siti Khadijah products

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (2 days off)

• Morning shift: 11.30am - 8.00pm
• Afternoon shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
