We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Executive, Brand Solutions to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring that ideas are translated into structured proposals, coordinated execution plans, and successful campaign delivery.
You will work closely with Commercial, Creative, Editorial, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of branded content, IP collaborations, and client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of brand solution proposals, pitch decks, and campaign summaries
- Assist in translating approved campaign concepts into structured deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns
- Manage campaign timelines, asset flow, approvals, and delivery tracking
- Support execution of branded content, IP collaborations, and sponsored campaigns
- Assist in preparing client updates, reports, and campaign documentation
- Track basic campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, delivery status)
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, organised, and submitted on time
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and internal processes
- Support improvements in workflow efficiency and coordination processes
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, campaign execution, or sales support
- Experience in media, advertising, digital content, e-commerce, or IP-driven organisations preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems or campaign tracking tools
- Exposure to branded content, media campaigns, or IP activations
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards or basic analytics tools
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
