Job Description:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, including identifying opportunities to increase product usage.
• Develop new business by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned market.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers with product-related information.
• Monitor market conditions, including pricing and competitor activity, to support sales planning.
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and business partners to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
• Achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare basic sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates when required.
• Attend customer visits, meetings, and occasional outstation travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Science-related field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent).
• Candidates with other relevant qualifications may also be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related industries such as trading, manufacturing, or packaging.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable dealing with customers and building relationships.
• Results-oriented and able to work toward targets.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and outstation when required.
• Possess own transport is preferred.
