JOB SUMMARY
Location: Mahnaz Food Subang Parade

We are looking for a highly passionate and creative Pastry Chef with a strong talent for Research & Development. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about experimenting with new ingredients, techniques, and flavor combinations, and is constantly exploring market trends to create innovative bakery and pastry products. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into commercially successful products are essential. A proactive mindset, excellent product development skills, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement are highly valued.

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, such as Cake, pastries, cake decorating and other special items.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards.
• Operate baking equipment (e.g., ovens, mixers, proofers) safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Work closely with other bakery staff, including decorators, packaging, and front-of-house teams, to ensure smooth operation of the bakery.
• Follow instructions and adjust as necessary to ensure consistency, quality, and taste.
• Assist in the creation of new products and seasonal offerings, contributing ideas for new recipes and designs.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and bakery area.
• Inventory of baking supplies and tools, ensuring adequate stock and ordering when necessary.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
